What is your shipping policy?

Since these are custom designs, it does take time to ensure all details are delicately carried out. But rest assured, you will be contacted once the product is en route to you! The shipping cost is a flat rate priority box with security deposit and also a tracking number.

Flat rate priority mailing is my shipping preference, only because of the $50 security deposit and tracking number that is already included with the flat rate. But if you're interested in any other cheaper shipping options, please contact me.

I will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that might occur during postal transit.

PACKAGING: 
Every item is packed with care to ensure a safe arrival. Cards and gift wrapping is also available upon request- just give me an email!

Do you take returns or exchanges?

The short answer is: it depends.

Long answer:
I gladly accept exchanges if you contact me within: 5 days of delivery and the item is shipped back within: 7 days of delivery.

I don't accept returns or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and I am always eager to answer any questions or concerns.

At SimplistiCreations our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be EXCHANGED within 7 days of delivery confirmation. There are NO REFUNDS unless there are defects with the items. 

If an item is marked as delivered and is NOT received please contact your local post office to locate the the package. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if the package is not located. Once it is in the Post Office's hands it is out of our control. 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will refund you the purchase price of the items. However, we will not refund shipping charges. We ship to the exact address given. We will NOT reship orders. 

Buyers are responsible for ANY and ALL Custom Fees required for International Shipping. 

If an item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damages within 5 days and we will discuss replacement or refund options on a case by case basis.
